SHIPPING ORDERS

1.) You MUST be 18 years or older and have a current, up-to-date non-expired driver's license or gaming license to purchase.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO KENTUCKY

**We will not ship ANY King of the Mountain Progression Game to any state, these are pickup and in-store only games.

2.) If you are buying for at-home / personal use please note that we do NOT tolerate under any circumstance the illegal use of these products. This means that we absolutely will not condone the use of these products for; online/live gambling, the purchasing of these products for another individual/organization, or the misuse of the product (such as changing the denominations of the ticket cost, payout, and profit.)

3.) Once you are ready to place your order please make sure the First and Last name on your driver's license matches your account, and also the address on your driver's license must match the shipping and billing address for the order/account. Then please send a copy of your license to HornerNovelty81@gmail.com (this is not optional) Once we have your license you will not have to send it to us each time, we will only ask for another copy once your old license has expired or your address/last name has changed.

4.) Once we get your license and confirm all the information to be correct please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you place your order after 2pm EST on Friday your order will not ship until Monday.

WE REQUIRE ALL PULL TAB SHIPMENTS TO BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY.

Please note that if you shop in-store you must present your driver's license / gaming license each time you wish to purchase.

PICKUP ORDERS:

Please follow the same restrictions shown above.

When you come in to pick up your order you must present your driver's license that was used with your online purchase. You will have to do this for each pick-up order you place.
