SHIPPING ORDERS

  1. Age and Licensing Requirements:

    • You must be 18 years or older.
    • A current, non-expired driver's license or gaming license is required to purchase.

    Note: We do not ship to Kentucky. Additionally, we do not ship any King of the Mountain Progression Game to any state; these are pickup and in-store only games.

  2. Personal Use and Legal Compliance:

    • These products are for personal use only.
    • Illegal use of these products is strictly prohibited. This includes:
      • Online/live gambling
      • Purchasing for another individual/organization
      • Misuse of the product (e.g., altering ticket cost, payout, and profit)

 

      3. Placing Your Order:

    • Ensure the first and last name on your driver's license matches your account.
    • The address on your driver's license must match the shipping and billing address.
    • Send a copy of your license to HornerNovelty81@gmail.com (mandatory).
    • You only need to send your license once, unless it expires or your address/last name changes.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders ship within 24 hours after license confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
  • All pull tab shipments require a signature upon delivery.

 

In-Store Purchases: You must present your driver's license or gaming license each time you wish to purchase in-store.

 PICKUP ORDERS: 

  • Follow the same restrictions as above.
  • Present the driver's license used with your online purchase for each pickup order.
