SHIPPING ORDERS

Age and Licensing Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- A current, non-expired driver's license or gaming license is required to purchase.
Note: We do not ship to Kentucky. Additionally, we do not ship any King of the Mountain Progression Game to any state; these are pickup and in-store only games.
Personal Use and Legal Compliance:

- These products are for personal use only.
- Illegal use of these products is strictly prohibited. This includes:
  - Online/live gambling
  - Purchasing for another individual/organization
  - Misuse of the product (e.g., altering ticket cost, payout, and profit)

3. Placing Your Order:

- Ensure the first and last name on your driver's license matches your account.
- The address on your driver's license must match the shipping and billing address.
- Send a copy of your license to HornerNovelty81@gmail.com (mandatory).
- You only need to send your license once, unless it expires or your address/last name changes.

Shipping Timeline:

Orders ship within 24 hours after license confirmation.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
All pull tab shipments require a signature upon delivery.

In-Store Purchases: You must present your driver's license or gaming license each time you wish to purchase in-store.

Present the driver's license used with your online purchase for each pickup order.
